For our dedicated team at Vorwerk Drivetec GmbH, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Wuppertal location, who will manage and lead challenging projects to success with passion and competence. This position offers the opportunity to contribute and further develop your skills in an innovative and future-oriented company. The position is initially limited to two years.
What to Expect
- Coordination of the entire project team, as well as alignment of project-relevant decisions
- Positioning as a reliable and implementation-strong partner with customers and internal networks
- Coordination and documentation of development progress, as well as professional quality, cost, and schedule planning
- Coordination of validation scopes, as well as analyzing and evaluating the feasibility of the specification sheet
- Responsibility, planning, implementation, and completion of your entrusted projects
- Development of goal-oriented solutions, preparation of customer presentations and offers, as well as conducting demanding negotiations with customers
- Comprehensive project reporting, management of corrective and preventive measures, and monitoring their effectiveness
What You Bring
- Successfully completed studies in a commercial or technical field or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in the automotive sector is required
- Independent, methodical, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and pronounced problem-solving competence
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Willingness to undertake project-related business trips domestically and internationally
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
